Crazy Good (and easy) Hummus - 3 PP

This hummus is the perfect snack!  It is very easy to make and so flavorful! You can add a serving of baked pita chips and call it lunch!



Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed  
4 teaspoons Wildtree Guacamole Blend  
2 garlic cloves chopped coarsely
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.  You may need to add a little water to get it to the desired consistency.

Serve with veggies, pita chips, or as a condiment!

Serving size is 1/4 of the recipe - approximately 1/3 cup

  1. Hello Flavor! I have always eaten hummus because it's healthy for me as a vegetarian. Now, I'll eat it because I love it! The seasonings are awesome! My food processor broke a few months ago, so I used my Vitamix instead. It did okay, but it didn't puree it as much as one would expect. I have a feeling this would do much better in the food processor as recommended, so I will be replacing that soon!
