Do you remember those Rice Crispy Treat commercials with the mom pretending to be exhausted over her dessert? Well, I am going to show you a fancy dinner made in 20 minutes! Did you read that? Forget Rachel What's her Name? 20 minutes, 11 PP, Amazingly tasty, and beautiful! Are you ready? Get set, GO!!!
What you need:- 1 cup broth, (I used a gluten free chicken)
- 1 lb asparagus, thick end removed
- 4-6 oz skinless salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Wildly Blueberry Jam
- 1 Tbsp Orange Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Natural Butter Grapeseed Oil
- 2 tsp Garlic Herb Blend
- 1/4 tsp salt
How to prepare:
- Using a 12 in. skillet, heat broth to a simmer. Add asparagus and then arrange salmon neatly over top. Cover and cook at a simmer for 8 minutes.
- While cooking mix the other ingredients for a glaze. Also, heat the oven broiler making sure that you can place salmon about 6 inches away from broiler.
- After the 8 minutes are over, remove cover and spoon the glaze mixture over the salmon fillets. Leaving cover off, place salmon under broiler for 2 minutes or until glaze bubbles.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
