Sauteed Squash - 1 PP

I'm always looking for new ways to fill half my plate with veggies. This is one of the many perks of having a well stocked Wildtree pantry.  Your vegetables will never be boring!  I will probably share many variations of this because the possibilities are ENDLESS!

Ingredients
1 pound squash (zucchini or yellow or both) cut into 1/4" half circles
1 tbsp natural grapeseed oil (or EVOO)
1 teaspoons Wildtree California Style Garlic Pepper Blend

1. Toss all in a bowl until coated.
2. Empty bowl into a skillet
3. Saute over medium heat until desired tenderness.
4. Serve immediately.

I like mine with a little grated parmesan (1 pt for 2 tbsp) not included in the recipe.

Serving size - 1/4 of pan
